Free standard shipping on US orders $50+.
- Standard: 3–5 business days (free over $50, $6 flat under)
- Express: 2 business days ($14 flat, available at checkout)
- Orders placed by 2 PM PT ship same business day. After 2 PM, next business day.
- We ship from California, USA.
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Returns
30-day money-back guarantee. If your NOVAH doesn't earn its spot in your station, ship it back — no questions, no restocking fee, no hard feelings.
- 30 days from delivery to start a return
- We cover return shipping
- Refund processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return
- Tool needs to come back in original packaging (or close to it)
To start a return, email support@novahpro.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label.
Exchanges
Want a different color or model? Same 30-day window. Email us and we'll send the new one as soon as the original ships back — no waiting on a refund first.
Warranty
1-year manufacturer warranty covering the motor and electronics. If your tool fails from a manufacturing defect inside 12 months, we replace it. Wear-and-tear on blades or accessories isn't covered — replacement blades are cheap.
International orders
Right now we only ship within the US. International is on the v1.1 roadmap — drop us a line if you're outside the US and want first dibs.
