BUILT IN A BARBERSHOP
We started in the chair. We're still built for one.
Novah exists because the math on pro tools never made sense. We saw what was inside a $300 clipper, did the math, and decided to sell it for half. Same metal. Same blade. Same motor. None of the distributor markup.

Why we built it
The math on pro tools never made sense.
Walk into any barbershop. The clipper running fades all day is mostly Japanese-steel blades, a machined-aluminum body, and a lithium cell. Maybe $50 in materials. So why does it retail for $300? Distributor margins. Trade-show booths. Pro influencer fees. We strip all of it out — sell direct, ship fast, stand behind it for 2 years — and put the savings back in your pocket. That's it. That's the whole pitch.
What we believe
Four rules we will not break.
No retail markup.
We ship direct from our warehouse — not through Sally Beauty, not through Amazon distributors. That's why the same machine costs roughly half of what the top name brands charge for the same build.
Built like a pro tool.
Machined aluminum body. Japanese-steel taper blade. 7,000 RPM brushless motor. Same materials the legacy brands use. No plastic housings. No corner-cutting on the parts that matter.
We stand behind it.
2 years on the motor. 1 year on the battery. 30-day no-questions return on every tool. If your Novah breaks in normal use, send a 5-second video — most replacements ship same-day.
Built for working barbers.
Real shop owners and stylists test every tool before it ships. The Pro Program isn't marketing — it's how we say thanks to the people we built this for.
What's actually inside
Built the way pro tools used to be.
The proof is in the chair
BUILT FOR THE CHAIR
Pro-grade tools. Priced honest. Same gear pro barbers use — without the pro-tier markup.
Straight answers
Things we get asked a lot.
If your question isn't here, hit support@novahpro.com — real humans, fast replies.
Who's actually behind Novah?
Novah was started by a small team of barbers and engineers who got tired of paying $300 every two years for tools that broke in normal use. We're DTC, US-based, fully independent — no parent company, no PE owner. Just us, the warehouse in New York, and the customers we built this for.
Where are your tools made?
Designed in Germany. Manufactured at the same OEM facilities that make a lot of the legacy pro clippers you've heard of — same Japanese-steel blade suppliers, same brushless motor manufacturers. Same materials. Different markup.
How are you so much cheaper than the top name brands?
Two reasons. One — we sell direct. No Sally Beauty markup, no Amazon distributor cut, no $40 retailer margin baked into every unit. Two — we don't spend on AIBE sponsorships, influencer haircuts, or print ads. The dollars we'd waste on overhead instead go into the tool.
Have real barbers actually tested this?
Yes. Every tool goes through 60-day trials with working pros — shop owners, beauty-school instructors, and licensed stylists — before we ship it. We pay them in product and listen when they say something doesn't work. Apply to the Pro Program if you want to be part of the next round.
What if I don't like it?
30 days, no questions, even if you've used it. We pay return shipping in the US. If you love it and it breaks later, we replace it — most warranty claims ship same-day. Email us anytime.

Try it for 30 days. We dare you to send it back.
If your Novah doesn't replace what's in your station, ship it back. We cover return shipping. No restocking fee. No questions.
