➤ Currently, we accept online payments by debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
We use industry-standard encryption for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critical sensitive information such as credit/debit card details.
Information transmitted between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event that someone else intercepts it.
If you receive an error message related to failed credit card authorization, check the card details such as expiration date, CVN or security code, try re-entering your cart details and make sure the card is valid.
Please note that some financial institutions require customers to activate their card to make online purchases and may set a daily limit.
After validating all payment information and if an error message is received after a second attempt, call our customer service or contact your financial institution for further assistance.
If you are paying by credit/debit card, once the transaction is completed online, your card will be charged automatically upon checkout.
For the return, you must send us the items at your expense and in their original boxes to send the item back. We process the refund at checkout once the warehouse confirms receipt of the item and a credit note is created for the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s) and approve it, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s).
Exchange items are not applicable on promotion or sales items exceptions are only given if an item is damaged.
